These extensions are particular formats and you won't find a program capable to convert from one type to another. Yet, you can use ArtCam to save your files in a different format. Since ArtCam accepts DXF files, you can save your DFX files as DXF with the help of AutoCAD, insert the files in ArtCam and save them to the format you're interested in.
