Simple Red eye removal software for Mac

I do have iPhoto, but need a simple red eye removal application for quick one-off corrections to individual photos on the desktop.

Your site has many for Windows PCs, but no free or reasonably inexpensive ones for what is required; I do not need all the bells and whistles of Photoshop etc.

Can you please find/advise, please?

Red Eye Pilot sounds like an obvious choice: http://red-eye-pilot.mac.informer.com/

It's free and the registration code comes included with the app itself (in a .txt file).
