When I try to burn files on a disc using Toast Basic NV 9, I get a "Verification failed: Sector O is unreadable" message. Can you help?

The problem is with the device. You should visit AppStore to diagnose the error or replace the drive. The users who encountered this error had to replace the drive with a new one.
