The phone unlocks with a tool called SETool2 but in order to use the tool, you will also need the hardware box which does all the unlocking job. Since the box is kinda expensive, you will need to visit a local phone retailer and pay a small fee to unlock it. This way you have the guarantee that the phone will work after the process completes.
