The only way you can solve this is to either go to Vodafone Service or to a local phone service. In both cases, there is a small amount of money that needs paying to unlock it. Also, if you're under agreement, Vodafone will never allow such things unless you pay the whole subscription for all time the contract works. The local phone service might be able to unlock it, but tampering the device while in contract removes warranty.
