I need info about the Android phone.

My Samsung GT-S6102 was stolen. Can the thief still have access to my Yahoo Messenger history, WhatsApp history or any other personal info whenever they open the device with a different SIM card? I have called the mobile provider to block my SIM card.

Yahoo Messenger is not attached to the SIM card. That means that the thief can view your history. The WhatsApp activation is based on the SIM card, but even if the SIM is removed, the contacts are still available in the Contacts menu. I am afraid that there is no way to prevent this if you haven't set up precaution measures in the past.
