The game is not starting up.

The game doesn't start up when clicking the icon on the desktop. The League of Legends logo is displayed, then the screen flashes and it goes away as if it never started.

In cases like these, it's best of all to re-install the whole game. Remove it completely using Revo Uninstaller, download the setup package and install it again. Make sure that DirectX, your graphics card, sound card and additional redistributable libraries are also installed.
