How to close Promethean SDK on my Mac?

I have the latest MacBook Air and I need to close Promethean SDK and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to watch YouTube again. Can you help?

In order to close Promethean SDK on your Mac, press simultaneously Command + Option + Esc key combination, select Promethean SDK from the list and press Force Quit. After that, navigate to the official web page, select Mac OS as operating system and download and install Adobe Flash Player.
