Can I use this scheduler to open up a Microsoft Access database and execute a macro?

You can use this program to run a custom batch file made by you where you can open the Microsoft Access database but you can't run a macro inside the database using this software. If you want to run the macro you can try scheduling the Microsoft Access database to run automatically after you open it.
