Access violation information.

Question

I've been using HotKeyz for several years and suddenly I now get a popup that states; "Access violation at address 005BB3C2 in module 'HotKeyz.exe'. Read of address 00000000"

I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, but nothing changed. I have Windows 7 Home Premium OS.

An access violation happens when two applications access a protected area of the memory or an application accesses another part of the protected memory while it's in use by another. Try closing all the applications and then run only the HotKeyz application, then start the other ones. It should work this way.

Additionally, download another copy of the software and launch it with Administrator access. Right click the setup package and select Run as Administrator.
