Cannot see printers via the LN-308 software on my Mac.

I have successfully installed the software on the Mac, but I do not see any printers whereas I do see the printers in my Windows 7 system. What steps do I need to take to be able to use the printer server on the Mac?

Installing server software is not enough. You need to install the printer drivers as well in order for the server to recognize and manage them. It doesn't make any difference whether they are installed in Mac or in Windows, just make sure that the printers connected on your computer or in the network are shared.
