How to download Franson GPS Gate Server without any other applications?

I want to download Franson GPS Gate Server, only every time I attempt to do so it is asking me to download something else.

If you have problems downloading then I recommend you use the official link provided by the developer: http://update.gpsgate.com/install/GpsGateServer.exe You can use a download manager to speed things up or use the browser's built-in download manager.
