Trying to download, but it's not working.

I'm trying to download an episode of a series, but the episode won't load for me to download. I've been waiting for a considerate amount of time, but the button "Download" just stays grey, and if I click it, it still says "Download" instead of "Cancel" like it usually does. So, I was wondering, is there a way to make this go quicker, or is it just a glitch in the program/episode?

The application was discontinued. There is no way to make it work. Problems started when the software allowed you to download copyrighted content. Because of that, the development stopped and its functions turned off. That's why the Download button is not working anymore. If the software used a server to activate, it's possible that server is out of order, making it impossible to connect.
