When I scan my PC, this error comes up "Failed to launch help file". What do I do?

This means that the software is trying to open a file that has been moved from its original place or simply deleted. In this case, a repair of the application is recommended through its installer or from Add/Remove Programs. Please go to Add/Remove Programs, select the item and click Remove but instead of uninstalling, choose Repair.
