I put videos in keepsafe. The format is not supported by keepsafe. Now I cannot unhide the videos because they don't show up in the app but I can see the videos on my memory card. How do I unhide them?
KeepSafe supports all file types. To unhide an item, go to KeepSafe then select Unhide, confirm and your items will be restored to their original folder.
