Yes, as long as the videos are saved on your storage, you will have the possibility to watch them using the media player installed on your phone. I have checked and installed the software as well. Downloaded a video sample and then turned off any connectivity. Navigated to the folder where the file was saved and tapped on it. Immediately, the phone started playing the file.
