Video appears to be jumpy after burning with 4Media DVD Creator- perhaps an interlace issue?

Or is it something with the DVD itself? I set the quality to normal, not high. I think my export was set the correct way after FCP - or was it? Is it a compression issue?

This is not a compression error rather a disc reading error. There are two possibilities that may cause these issues: the disc is scratched and the DVD-ROM cannot read it properly (usually this is the main error) or the DVD has been burned at high speed. Burn the DVD again using a lower value for speed and the watch the results.
