Unfortunately, if you're a Mac user, you can't change the Microsoft Office language. When you buy Office for Mac, you receive only the language that you purchased. Also, at this time there is no language pack available. Check the official Support page for further details. If you're a Windows user, you can change the language following the guides provided by Microsoft.
