The application doesn't work on Windows 7. What can we do?

We installed the application on a new Windows 7 64-bit PC, but there are some issues. The program installs without errors but when we try transmitting the file, the popup window does not display. What can we do?

Unfortunately, InterSoftware UK Ltd developed this application to run only on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP platforms. It is not compatible with the latest Windows operating systems. However, you can try installing and running the software in the Windows XP Mode environment. Windows XP Mode is a free utility developed by Microsoft that allows you to use applications compatible with Windows XP directly on a Windows 7 computer.
