Some Digidelivery clients can't link with server, while others can. I can onnect using my desktop computer, but I can't do it with my notebook. I've checked numerous settings and they seem identical. What could be the problem?
The connection problems could be caused by several things. Check if the connection isn't blocked by the server or by your Windows Firewall or any third party antivirus firewall. Also, visit the official website in order to download the Server Guide and the Client Guide. You can use those to set up your connections for an optimal use of the product.
