About the camera frame rate.

I tested the webcam frame rate with Ffmpeg by extracting images from a video sequence at the rate of 30 FPS. But I found that each different image has a duplicate image followed by, which means the video is actually not running at 30 FPS but at 15 FPS. I'm wondering if this camera can really run at 30 FPS.
