Can I change frame rate of MOV files from 20 fps to 30 fps in Framerate Converter HQ?

Yes, you can change the frame rate from 20 fps to 30 fps. Open Framerate Converter HQ, add your video in the Source file box and in Frame rate (fps) field type 30. Click GO! and your video frame rate will be changed. Also, after you install the application, you can access the user guide (Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files > Framerate Converter HQ > Guide > index)
