There are a couple of causes for this to happen. Enterprise connection involves a 3rd party agent known as IT Administrator. Basically, they should be able to provide information about your connectivity. However, you might need to check the following elements:
- Make sure that the Firewall is properly configured to allow connections and your Internet is active.
- Double check the username and password (in case you use one)
- Re-install the application because it's possible the registry entries as well as the files to be corrupted.
