Ability to tell if the email was deleted.

The website says that POM can tell if emails have been deleted. But when I ask the question specifically to one of their reps, he tells me "no". What is it? Is there a way to tell if the email I sent was deleted or blocked?

According to the developer's official website, the product doesn't have a feature that can tell if the sent mail was or not deleted. However, by using this product you can be informed if the mail was read or not, and you can delete attachments or even the sent mail.
