Can anybody tell me if it is possible to put a signature on the Vantage email utility?

If you have the application installed on your computer, then I recommend checking its built-in help/documentation. In most of the cases, it can be found on Help > Contents.

Secondly, look in the installation folder of the program. Most developers add resources to that directory as well.
