If you can't view the created content, then it means you have exported to an unknown format. If you have the 3D Issue Desktop Reader application installed in computer, go to File > Open and you'll be able to see exactly what are the supported files that you can use. After this operation, go to the 3D Creator application and export the content to one of the supported file formats and you should be able to import the file.
