From what it seems there isn't any upgrade available for Multilog because the application looks like it's discontinued and no longer supported. The only way to obtain more information about it, is to contact the developer. A solution to run the old version of the program on your Windows 7 computer can be the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, you can try to install the application in Windows XP Mode environment.
