My MediaBin Enterprise Manager isn't connecting to the MBServer.

When I try to start MB Server, it says it is already running. Where can I find out what is going on? Are there log files anywhere? How can I stop the MB Server that is running? Is it the IDOL service?

If you have Windows installed, press CTRL + ALT + Escape and locate the application in the Processes window. Locate the process then right click it and select End Task. Additionally, check the Services menu. Go to Start > Run > services.msc and locate the service in the list. Right click it and choose Restart, then initiate a new connection. You can also check the firewall of the computer and the availability of the server.
