Camera is not functioning with the product.

The OMAX ToupView software starts, recognizes the camera, but goes no further stating "Not Responding". The only way to stop the program is to restart the computer. I've tried this on two Windows 7 computers, both are fresh installed. The device manager shows that the device is installed and functioning. Any suggestions?

In this matter, I suggest you update your camera's driver. This can be the main reason why the program stops. Also, try to update the application. In newer versions, errors might be fixed. If you still encounter strange behavior with the program, try to contact the developer on the official website for further support.
