rnddocklauncher.exe needs permission to run at startup of computer

Ever since I installed this program on my Windows 7 computer for our GPS, I have to click to allow this program to "modify my computer". The only thing I can think of is that it needs to run as administrator but didn't get installed with the right permissions. My husband had installed it on his Windows 7 computer when we first got the GPS, but it starts up automatically for him. What's wrong?

This probably means it is set to use admin rights. Just because it has the ability doesn't mean it will change anything. Rich click the Icon, click properties, go to compatability tab, uncheck run this program as admin.

Some functions may not work without admin rights.
