How to connect and register my new GPS?

I have a new computer and I need to get the dock in it but I can't find the place to do it. I have 2 GPS what I'm using. Need to register and update the OverDrive 8 Pro what I just purchased on the 1st of this month. I also need to update my Rand McNelly 8 inch GPS. I'm using my GPS for work as a truck driver and my older GPS in my car. Please help me with this problem. Thank You.

The installation of Rand McNally Dock requires a device to be connected to properly install it. I tried to do that but failed since I lack the device to connect to PC to finish the installation.

If you have a GPS to update, look in the installation folders of the software for user guides or manuals that might help you with this process. The full/latest version of the software is available on the following link.
