While trying to record a video from screen, although I select the screen area to record, I start recording but as a result I get a file with black screen (no picture) but with sound. Is there something I have to correct in the settings?
The application works just fine. Try to uninstall the current version and download another one because this could be a bug that it's easy to fix using an updated version of the application.
