Unikon.link doesn't work

I have downloaded the Unikon program, but it doesn't seem to work as a blue line keeps running across the screen and none of the boxes (Home, View, Bets & Pools and Setup) can be opened. Does the clock have to be connected in order to use this program?

Yes, you need to connect the clock in order to use Unikon.link software. As you can see on the screen attached, this tool will allow you to check all the information from your Unikon clock. You can't use it if the device is not connected:
