The behavior that you encounter could be caused by out-of-date drivers or by an internal error of the application. Before you can print anything, open the program and go under Help > Check for Updates. By using this option, the latest packages will be automatically downloaded and installed. After the update process is over, try again to print your basket. If you still can't overcome this problem, use the form from the developer's website to state your problem in order to obtain a solution.
