Ear sensor doesn't work.

No matter how I adjust it, the ear sensor doesn't seem to work. It keeps saying "Please adjust sensor and check for signal." Ironically, yesterday it only seemed to sense a pulse when I didn't had the sensor ON. I'm fairly sure it's fully charged and I'm kind of miffed for something like this to happen after paying so much money. How can I properly configure the device?

According to the developer's website, this program is designed to work on Windows 7 or on newer operating systems. If you are using an older version of OS, some functions could not work properly. If this is your case, make sure to update your OS before using this. To properly set up the device on your computer, I recommend you visit the site mentioned above. The developer posted some tutorial videos there about the configuration process. You should use those videos to configure the device.
