Our office printer is the HP Laser Jet Pro CM1410 series PCL6. Every time we want to print a document or a PDF file, we need to turn off the printer first. After we printed a file, if we want to print another one, we get an error. This happens every time we use the printer and it happens for a long time. Is there a fix for this?
