The wireless card is not being detected.

I have recently installed a PCIe Ralink wireless card on Asus motherboard running Windows 8. It is not being detected and does not show in Devices or anywhere. What do I need to do?

If your device is not showing anywhere, it's possible that you need to manually download and install the appropriate driver. To do that, visit the manufacturer's website. From there, select your card and download the appropriate driver for your OS. If you can't find the driver for Windows 8, it means that the developer didn't release one yet.
