How to recover my Secret disk files from the hard drive?

My Windows system has crashed and I want to know how to recover my Secret disk files from the hard drive?

You can't recover them. If the files were locked recovery is impossible. Even if you recover them and install Windows and the application again, they will be unrecognizable because the new application will not recognize them even if the files are in the right format.
