HMI display shows "No valid OS/OSAP". What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, reboot the HMI and press and hold the upper-left button (3-5 seconds) until you hear a beep. After that, select Update OS and press OK:

Next, on your computer, launch the Designer application and select Update OS0 through BIOS from the Tools menu. After the process is complete, select Continue and download the package to update OS/OSAP. To do this, you need to select Download from the Panel menu. On the HMI display, you will see the Receiving OSAP message:

After the OS/OSAP update is complete, you will automatically see the Panel Setup screen and you will be able to use your product.
