File transfer time out error.

I have a Retro fitted Khulmann p20t (1.2m X axis) (800cm Y axis) CNC milling machine running on the Eckelmann controller software, HMI-Version StdHMI V3.0.0.15 beta, NC-Version CNC55 V1.70beta2 23.10.03, and I have a perpetual problem with a timeout error.

I deduced that the error in English says timeout at data transfer, I've also realized that the issue lies within the network settings, but I am still unable to sort the problem out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You will need to check if the network adapters are working fine. If you say the software is OK and the CNC machine is connected and working, then the problem might be related to the network adapters. Go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and expand the network devices. Right click them and then Disable each one. Enable the devices back and attempt to connect or send the files again. Additionally, check the IPs of the network adapter and access the settings from the software to be sure they're correct.
