Using this application with a digital recorder.

Until recently, I have been using Sound Organizer to transcribe text from a Sony Digital recorder, using Dragon Professional 11 without any problems. Since changing to Dragon home 12, however, Sound Organizer will no longer transcribe the Dragon, quoting error 0000 83a2. What is this error, and how can I fix it?

The problem is that the version you're using is outdated. Sound Organizer has been updated and it does support Dragon 11 as well as Windows 8. Try to perform a fresh installation.
