Is it possible to change the scanner or Captovation settings, so that it will output PDFs instead of TIFs?
The application does not have support for PDFs but you can capture the data to TIFs and use a PDF virtual printer to print the files virtually to PDFs. For this job, you can use CutePDF Writer. Download and install it, capture the data and use PRINT instead of export or save.
