Can't set the scale in cadPro.

I can't set the scale 1/4" = 1'. It doesn't work. How do I fix it?

The cadPro application doesn't appear to be available on the official website. Therefore, no support can be given with lack of the necessary documents, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc. I have checked the official website and the developer doesn't list it as being available anymore. However, you have the possibility to contact him and ask for directions for the software.
