I purchased 8 in May 14/14 Order #3106, Serial #824270175. It has stopped working. Is 8 still valid? Or do I upgrade?
I've checked the official website and the software is still available, but there is no information about the version number. However, there is a support page where you can get in touch with the developers. They should give you a more detailed answer about the version you're having and the registration number. If they will allow it, a version will be issued to you to be able to download and register again.
