What to do when my computer is telling me that my Minsat is correctly configured, but the device or resource (i.e. 172.24.133.236) is not responding?

If you are trying to access an external resource, you first need to make sure that the program can access it. In some cases, the application might be blocked by Windows Firewall or by some third party antivirus firewall, which results the described behavior. To make sure that this isn't your case, go to Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall > from the list provided, select this product. You should follow the same process to check the third party antivirus firewall. After you completed the steps provided, try again to access the resource.
