Can I use Excel 2013 to export data from Proactive?

I have recently installed Excel 2013 and I am unable to export my data. Is the ProActive software compatible with the new Excel?

Yes. According to the product's Data Sheet, you need to have at least version 9.0 of the Excel program in order to export your data. This means that the latest version of Excel is fully compatible with Megger ProActive. Your problem could have another cause. Try to update your application's version to the latest one released. This might solve your problem.
