According to the official website of the developer, this program was discontinued. This means that it will no longer get updates. The latest version was released in 2003 so there are little chances that it will be compatible with Windows 8. However, you can try to test it by yourself. If you have problems in the installation process, try using compatibility features. To do this, swipe from the right side of the screen and in the search bar, type Run program. Go to the Service tab and open the Run programs made for the previous Windows version utility. After you did this, you just need to follow the steps provided.
