Software manager stopped working.

InstallShield is the program that updates my 2020 program. Some months ago it stopped working and I can no longer receive my updates. I can't find where to uninstall this so, can I reinstall or is there another solution? It took me forever to find you guys. I don't understand why you would not be at the top of the list of searches for Acresso Software. It has taken me many searches for months to find this!

Installshield is just a deployment utility that installs packages into your computer. If you encounter problems, it's because of the packages it provides, as this installer doesn't use system files to work properly. It's more like a standalone product that doesn't depend on computer's system files. You might need to check with the developer of your application for any issues related to their updates.
