I had to upgrade my PC with Windows 7 as an operating system. My old PC was running Windows XP. My Family Tree Journal will not work on the new PC. Any suggestions?

I had to upgrade my PC with Windows 7 as an operating system. My old PC was running Windows XP. My Family Tree Journal will not work on the new PC. Any suggestions? I would like to keep the FTJ program as I find it very useful.

You need to install Windows XP Mode for this application to work correctly or install Windows XP in a virtual machine because the application does not have support for Windows 7. When you try to run it, it shows a compatibility problem. You can try Virtualbox for a virtualization solution.
