It seems that the program doesn't have a function you need. However, you can overwrite the data that is contained on the card. To do this, open the program and while you don't have anything loaded, press the ALL Transmit button from the upper right corner of the screen. By doing this, all data on the Kaossilator Pro will be overwritten with your current data. This should fix your problem.
